I need some clarification / explanation on the routines for THT Vol. 2...
In THT Vol. 1, Mark says the following:
"It's best to keep 48 hours between shoulders, chest, and triceps. Working one of these muscle groups involves one or both of the other. Therefore, for optimal recovery and growth it is only prudent to keep a 48 hour buffer between them."
Now, after looking at the workout routines for THT Vol.2, I noticed that Mondays involve chest and abs and Tuesdays involve triceps and biceps. Doesn't this conflict with Mark's statement above regarding keeping a 48 hour buffer between chest, shoulders and triceps?
Performing a chest routine on Mondays obviously will involve the triceps. So, why hit triceps again the following day (insufficient time to recover)?
