Hey, so I read all of THT and am currently reading MAX-OT. So, what are the differences? So far, all I've noticed is that the rep range is 4-6 instead of 8-12. Oh, also some of what MAX-OT says and does is different. Like, it says to work your muscle once a week(5-7 days should not be lifting same body part). But almost every other week, the body parts are changed up on different days. On Friday of Week 2 was Chest, then on Week 3 of Tuesday is Chest and Abs. Isn't that like only 3 days of rest for Chest?
