THT2 work out logs

hey

i notice there are slight changes in the new work out logs as compared to the previous ones. Exp: more sets for some parts, no longer have supersets, chest and triceps are on the same day now.
i was wondering what happen to all the explanation about the previous work out logs where chest and triceps are highly recomended to be seperated and supersets will further boost the effect?
are they are not applicable with the new work out log?? :geek:
