Training different muscle groups

What is the best method for training the different muscle groups. Is it :

A) Training a muscle group once a week For example Mon - Shoulders & Chest. Wed - Back and Triceps. Fri - Biceps and forearms etc

B) Training a muscle group twice a week for example Mon/Thurs Shoulders, back & Chest Tues/Fri - Triceps, Biceps and forearms etc

C) Training all muscle groups with a set routine every session

It depends on how much you're doing. Both are effective if you don't overtrain. Look at THT's two routines - Volume has one bodypart per week, but for multiple sets, and HIT for one set only two or three times per week.
