So I'm on my second week of 3.1 and found that my triceps are still aching today when I'm due to do chest again tomorrow with barbell press (or dumbbell press in my case). Knowing that this exercise brings in the triceps to a degree, should I really be pushing the triceps again right now? And considering this, are we over-working the triceps on 3.1 by working them a little on chest day (wednesday) and then on friday with the isolations?
