ANYONE can throw weights about, IT'S NOT HOW MUCH YOU CAN LIFT BUT HOW YOU LIFT IT and its all about reps reps reps getting that 12 up can be a right FOOOOKER! Just get mad with it YEEEEEEEHHAAAAAA! When your farting your ass off on the big squat you know its good for ya it's about the only muscle that i can't get fully engaged when under humungus pressure, i am glad the squat rack is beside the window at my gym
