In the week off you should still be recovering/growing from the intense training the week before, so you need to eat enough to compensate for this. The only problem is if you are not doing any form of training you will be burning less calories and your metabolism may be a little bit slower, so you may need to adjust your calorific intake to compensate for this. Otherwise you may put on some excess fat if you gain weight easily. If you are very lean or a hard gainer I would be tempted to leave it the same. Whatever you do, make some notes so you no what to do for the next time.
