Hi all,
Happy new year and whatnot.
My wife is keen to lose fat and tone up but is concerned that THT will result in her building more muscle than she wants to and that she'll bulk up instead of being lean/toned like she wants to be.
She's aware that before any amount of muscle will show, her BF% needs to come down, but isn't sure what she should be doing training-wise once she's there.
Any thoughts, suggestions, opinions, links etc. would be appreciated.
P.S. both of us are following TSPA from an eating point of view.
